Understand The Laws Pertaining To Your Planned Purchase

Every state maintains its own set of laws which regulate your firearm purchase and ownership. Prior to purchasing your firearm, take the time to read and understand the laws which may effect your purchase.

The National Rifle Association (NRA) is a great platform to seek gun ownership laws by state.

Purchase Your Firearm

Make your purchase with a licensed FFL Seller/Dealer.

During your checkout, you will be required to select your preferred local FFL Dealer. You may search for us by city (Henderson)/zip code (89044) or name in most databases. You may also provide our contact information directly to the Seller.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • Your Seller will not ship your order to us until they have confirmed we are a valid FFL holder for the state of Nevada. The Seller will require a signed copy of our FFL license documents for verification.
  • To avoid exposure to fraud, we do not provide any FFL licensing information to our clients directly.
  • To ensure a smooth transaction and to keep the transaction on track, provide the Seller with our name, email address and phone in order for us to coordinate with them directly.

Follow Up With Us After Your Purchase

Technology is great, but not error-proof. To avoid delays and ensure we have your order on our radar, please email us with the following:

Book Your Transfer Appointment

Please allow 24-48 business (M-F) hours after you receive confirmed delivery tracking information for us to process your items in-house. Once we receive and process your items:

  • We will reach out to you to set a time for pick up
  • If you have not hear from us within 48 hours, please email us at transfers@spearlv.com to follow up
  • Please do not request a pick-up appointment or drop-in without us calling you first
  • Once we provide you with a date and time for your pick-up visit, you will be able to submit a secure payment though our website to confirm the appointment

Picking Up Your Transfer

  • Arrive to our location at your scheduled time
  • Make sure to have all your necessary identifications for your visit
  • Once here, you will fill out the federal and state firearm purchase forms
  • We will then run your background and criminal history check
  • Once we receive a passed background check, your firearm will be officially transferred to you and ready to go home
