• CUSTOMER SERVICE

  This is a top priority to us at Spear Weapons + Gear. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
  Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before placing your orders.

• PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

  It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store (by appointment) or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

• RETURNS

  Absolutely NO RETURNS of firearms, ammunition, optics, flashlights, lasers, knives, barrels, barreled receivers, tools, bows, and arrows. No exceptions.

  1. All products are new and covered under the Manufacturer's warranty. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly.
  2. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Spear Weapons + Gear. Please contact us via email or phone in order to confirm the eligibility of your return.
  3. All returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
  4. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. All returns must be new and in the original packaging.
  5. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
  6. Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
  7. Firearm deposits are non-refundable.
  8. Fully paid merchandise must be picked up within 90 days of purchase; Fully paid merchandise must be collected within 90 days of purchase. Items uncollected after that timeframe, will be forfeited to Spear Weapons + Gear.

  Sales on the following items are final:

  • Special orders.
  • Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• METHOD OF PAYMENT

  We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash (local pick ups only).
  
  All cashier checks, money orders, and certified checks must be sent to our physical address and the order must be placed over the phone. Purchase will not be released without funds being cleared by the bank. All cash must be used in our store location.

• ONLINE PRICE + DESCRIPTION ERRORS

  Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations
